Remodel Projects

This fall we were able to finish up a couple house projects. Just wanted to share some photos.


1) Home office - Lindsay's dad and Tom finished the built in shelving and wrap around desk.
2) Downstairs bath - We updated the vanity, countertop and toliet.
3) Upstairs bath - We updated the bath tub, shower, vanity, countertop and toliet. (no more green!!)

Hi Aunt Jenny!

At the Shed Aquarium

We had a fun day at the Shed Aquarium on Saturday. The highlights were the polar exhibits with kids play area where Aiden touched a star fish, shells and other fun creatures. We also put him in a penguin outfit while he played in the polar zone on the slide, etc. He really enjoyed that exhibit.

Winter Fun

During the Christmas break, we had about 6 inches of snow. It was fun to play outside and do some sledding with Lindsay's family. Tom had to snowblow too...

Helping pick a tree

For Christmas this year we stayed in town which was very nice!! We picked our tree up at Menards and Aiden helped. He was such a good helper that he got his own tree as well - a small 3 foot one which he really liked.  We were able to spend the holidays with Tom's parents, Lindsay's parents, the Cummings family and Lindsay's sister Jenny and her husband Dave. Some highlights included Aiden's first candlelight church service, making christmas cookies, a new lawnmower and building bricks and playing with Aunt Jenny and Uncle Dave. Tom got an iPad so it has been fun learning about how to use it.

Glogg Party

We hosted our third Glogg party this year with the help of Tom's parents. We prepared the Swedish food and were glad so many friends and family were able to make it!
